- rice : 200g
- egg : 2 pieces
- Minced pork : 100g
- Chopped onion : 1/4 piece
- All-purpose onion : a little
- Red pickled ginger : a little
- oil : 1 tablespoon
- Somi Shantung : 1 tsp
- Curry powder : 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce : 1/2 teaspoon
