- pork : 200g
- garlic : 2 pieces
- oil : 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- Liquor : 2 tablespoons
- sweet sake : 2 tablespoons
- sugar : 1 tablespoon
- Eagle talon : A pinch
- Grated ginger : 1 tsp

Put one green onion in the middle and cut it diagonally to a width of 5 mm.

Add soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, grated ginger, and hawk claws and mix well.

Cut the pork into 2 cm pieces.
Slice the garlic into 1mm width.
Put oil and garlic in a frying pan and fry over low heat.

・ The grated ginger may be a tube.
