- (A)ごま油 : 10ml
- (A)白ごま : 2g

鍋に水(分量外)を入れて沸騰させ、火を止めて卵を入れる。
時計回りに軽く混ぜながら中火で1分間茹でる。
触らずに5分30秒茹で、氷水(分量外)に入れて冷やす。 -

Peel the skin of the onion and chop it finely.
Cut the chili into thick rounds.
Cut the green onion into rings.
Peel and grate the garlic. -

ボウルに保存袋を入れて安定させ、(A)、2を入れて混ぜる。
1の殻を剥いて水気を切り、漬けダレに入れる。
保存袋の口を閉じ、1日漬ける。
お皿に盛って完成。
Point
・In step 1, mix lightly for the first minute so that the egg yolk is in the center.
・Equal amount of sugar can be substituted for corn syrup.
・If it's not spicy enough, add a chili pepper.
