- Ham : 100g
- mayonnaise : 3 tbsp
- Salt (for seasoning) : A pinch
- pepper : Appropriate amount

Prepare the potatoes

Wash the potatoes and boil them with the skin on. (OK if the bamboo skewers pass smoothly)
Drain the water, peel it in a hot state, remove the sprouts, and then crush it into a lumpy texture.
Leave until the rough heat is removed. -

Cut the cucumber into thin slices, put in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and leave for 3 to 5 minutes.
Shred the carrots.
Cut the ham into 1 cm cubes.
Put the cucumber drained with a cloth, carrots, ham and crushed potatoes in a bowl. -

Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper, crush the potatoes a little and mix well to complete! (However, be careful not to crush it too much)
Point
・ Boil the potatoes together with the skin to give them a fluffy feel. Peel and crush while hot. When crushing for the first time, make sure that a rugged feeling remains. Don't crush as hard as mashed potatoes!
・ Squeeze the water out of the cucumber after salting with a cloth so that it does not become watery when mixed with potatoes.
