- Granulated sugar (for jam) : 35g

                        Add frozen blueberries, granulated sugar (for jam), and lemon juice to a frying pan. 
 Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes while stirring.
 Transfer to a bowl and place in ice water (not listed).
 Cover with plastic wrap to cool.

 Put the egg mixture in a bowl of unsalted butter (for dough) and mix with a hand mixer until it becomes white.
 Cut the cream cheese into 1 cm squares and mix with a rubber spatula.
 Add 1 blueberry jam and mix 2-3 times.

Point
                            ・I use a pound type of 18cm.

・Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
