Ingredients
- キャベツ : 250g
- 豚ひき肉 : 200g
- ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
- 塩コショウ : 適量
- (A) Grated ginger : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1/2
- 砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
- (B) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1/2
- (B) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1/2
- (B) Doubanjiang : 小さじ1/2
- 春雨 : 30g
- 水 : 200ml
- 醤油 : 大さじ1/2

Procedure

Cut the cabbage

Cut off the core of the cabbage, roughly chop it into bite-sized pieces, and break it up with your hands.

Fry the ingredients

Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat for about 30 seconds.
Add the ground pork and press down with a spatula to spread it out, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for about 2 minutes.
Once browned, cut into pieces, flip and cook for about 1 minute.
Once the ground pork is cooked through, add the cabbage and stir fry while breaking up the pork.
When the cabbage is about 20% cooked, add (A) and mix. -

Once it's completely mixed, add the sugar and mix lightly.
Add (B) and stir fry for about 30 seconds.
Add the vermicelli and loosen it lightly, then add water and heat for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds while submerging the vermicelli in the water.
Cook over medium-high heat for approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Once the water has evaporated, drizzle soy sauce over the dish and mix lightly until done.
Point
・The amount shown is enough for three people.
Minced pork can be substituted with minced chicken.
・Use short vermicelli.
-Adding oyster sauce gives it a delicious umami flavor.
・You can omit the doubanjiang if you like.
- By pressing the ground pork against the frying pan and cooking it, it becomes chunky and has a satisfying finish.
- If you don't add sugar first, it won't penetrate.
・Adding soy sauce at the end enhances the flavor.
