- (B)いりごま : 大さじ1

豚バラ肉を食べやすい大きさに切り、(A)と一緒に袋に入れる。
袋の口を閉じてよく振り、調味料を豚ばら肉にまぶす。 -

Point
・You can use salad oil instead of sesame oil.
・Pork ribs can be replaced with pork tops.
・Mixing the pork sesame with sake, sesame oil, and potato starch creates a film on the surface, which keeps the meat juices from escaping and gives it a fresh finish.
・When placing the pork belly on the bean sprouts, spread it out so that it does not heat unevenly. Avoid overlapping as much as possible.
・It's also delicious if you add chopped green onion instead of roasted sesame sauce.
