冷蔵庫で4時間又は冷凍庫で1時間冷やす。
表面に茶こしでココアパウダーを振りかけたら完成。
Point
・Chocolate uses 70% cacao dark chocolate.
・Since the marshmallows contain sugar, there is no need to add additional sugar.
・If the temperature gets too high, it will boil over, so be sure to heat it over low heat.
・Even if you don't add gelatin, the gelatin contained in the marshmallow will solidify.
・If it does not harden, put it in the freezer until it hardens.
・Cooling time is not included in the required time.
