・By mixing only cake flour, baking powder, and sugar powder, lumps and unevenness are less likely to occur.
・After adding the beaten egg, mix roughly and then add the milk in two batches.
・Because the dough contains butter, it does not stick to the rice cooker without butter.
・When cooking with a rice cooker, use cake mode or normal rice cooking mode.
・The number of times of cooking with a rice cooker varies depending on the rice cooker because the heating power is different, but it is done 2 to 3 times. (From the second time onwards, cook while watching the situation.)
・Check if the muffins are baked by inserting a toothpick.
・When removing the muffins from the rice cooker, use the back side of a fork or tablespoon.
