Ingredients

    Transfer to a pan and heat further.
    While stirring over medium heat, slowly add bowl 1 and mix for about 1 minute.
    Add 2 more bowls and mix.

  3. 3) Chill the pudding dough 06:09

    Fill a bowl with ice water (not listed), top with 2 and cool to lukewarm water.
    Transfer 2 to a coffee milk pack and cool in the refrigerator.
    Take it out of the coffee milk pack and it's done.

・When making caramel, heat until the color changes within 30 seconds after the bubbles settle down and smoke begins to appear.
・If you add condensed milk, the richness will increase, so it will be a satisfying finish when you eat it, but if you don't have condensed milk, you don't have to add it.
