- 長ネギ : 80g
- 塩コショウ : 適量
- サラダ油 : 適量
- にんにく : 1片

- (A)オイスターソース : 大さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ4

Peel the garlic cloves.
Make diagonal cuts on the top and bottom of the green onion and chop roughly. -

Point
・You can use chicken breast instead of chicken thigh, but the thigh will be softer.
・Add sesame oil for flavor.
・The size of the chicken thigh should be changed in consideration of the marinating time.
・The fat after grilling the chicken thigh is delicious when used for pasta.
・If you don't like it getting cold, you can pickle it at room temperature.
・Time required for soaking in the refrigerator is not included.
