Ingredients
- Pork ribs : 200g
- Shimeji : 1/2 bag
- Enoki : 1/2 bag
- onion : 1/4 piece
- Chinese chive : 1/3 bundle
- oil : 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- Liquor : 2 tablespoons
- sweet sake : 2 tablespoons
- sugar : 8 tbsp
- Grated ginger : 1 tablespoon

Cut the pork into 2 cm widths. -

Add soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar and grated ginger to the bowl and mix well.

When 80% of the pork is cooked, add the onions and fry.
When the onions are translucent, add mushrooms and fry.
When 80% of the mushrooms are cooked, add the sauce from 2) and fry.
