Add oil to a frying pan, turn the end of the roll down, and bake the lettuce rolls over medium heat. Do not touch at first, and when the end of the roll is solid, bake the whole while rolling.
When it's cooked, stab it with a bamboo skewer, serve it on a plate, sprinkle it with ponzu sauce, and add the mayonnaise.
Point
・ Wipe off the washed lettuce with a towel one by one so that no water remains.
・ By sprinkling flour evenly on the pork, it acts as an adhesive.
・ When wrapping lettuce with pork, wrap the lettuce tightly.
・ When baking lettuce rolls, be sure to put the end of the roll down, do not touch it at first, and wait until the end of the roll is cooked and hardened.
・ If you want to finish the lettuce inside crisply, do not cover it, do not bake the surface of the lettuce, and bake it as a whole while rolling only the outside of the pork.
・ When sticking with a bamboo skewer, it is hot, so it is best to hold it down with kitchen paper.
