- (A) Milk : 210ml (0.9 cup)
- (A) sugar : 38g(大さじ3)
- (A) Melted unsalted butter : 20g(大さじ1.5)
- (A) Yeast : 3g(小さじ1)
- (B) Strong flour/wheat flour : 300g(2カップ)
- (B) salt : 3g(小さじ1/2)

Put (A) in a bowl and mix.
Add (B) and mix.
After resting for about 10 minutes, mix several times with a spatula.
Cover the bowl and let it ferment for about 1 hour. -
