- (C) White sesame seeds : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- (C) Miso : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- (C) Soy sauce : 1 tsp
- (C) Sugar : 1 tsp
- (C) Chili oil : 1 tablespoon
- Sichuan pepper : 1/4 teaspoon
- Chinese noodle : 1 ball
- Bok choy (separate one by one) : 1/2 share
