  • Minced pork : 150g
  • (A) Tianmian sauce : 1 tablespoon

  • (C) White sesame seeds : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
  • (C) Miso : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
  • (C) Soy sauce : 1 tsp
  • (C) Sugar : 1 tsp
  • (C) Chili oil : 1 tablespoon
  • Sichuan pepper : 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chinese noodle : 1 ball
  • Bok choy (separate one by one) : 1/2 share

Procedure
