Ingredients
- みかんの缶詰 : 230g
- Water (for gelatin) : 200ml
- powdered gelatin : 15g
- (A) water : 150ml
- (A) Calpis stock solution : 140ml

Open the canned oranges in a colander and drain.
Transfer the tangerines to a bowl and mash them finely with a whisk. -

Put water (for gelatin) in a tupperware, sprinkle powdered gelatin and leave for 10 minutes.
Microwave at 600W for 1 minute and mix well.
Add (A) and mix well, then add 1 and mix further.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours to harden.
Point
・A 750ml Tupperware is used in the video.
・If you soak the bottom and sides of the container in hot water, it will be easier to remove the jelly.
・If you put a kitchen knife between the jelly and the container, it will be easier to take out the jelly.
・Chilling time in the refrigerator is not included in the required time.
