Put the milk and honey in a deep pot and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes while stirring.
When the amount of milk is reduced by half, turn off the heat and strain it with a colander. -

Cover with kitchen paper and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
When it cools down, cover it with a lid and chill it in the freezer for 3 hours.
Stir until smooth, cover and chill in the freezer for 1 hour.
Again, mix the whole so that it is uniform, cover and chill in the freezer for 3 hours.
Finished on a plate.
Point
Use non-adjusted milk rather than milk beverages.
・You can substitute honey with your favorite sugar, such as granulated sugar, white sugar, brown sugar, or cane sugar. In that case, it is good to use around 80g.
・In step 1, mix well from the rim so that a film of milk does not form on the sides of the pan.
・Be sure to use a heat-resistant wooden spatula or rubber spatula in step 1.
・When straining the milk in step 1, use a fine-mesh strainer.
