- chicken breast : 150g

- 片栗粉 : 大さじ2
- ごま油 : 大さじ2
- (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Chicken stock base : 小さじ1/2〜
- (A) Garlic tube : 2cm

Roughly chop the spring onion.
Chop the eggplant into small pieces.
Slice the chicken breast into thin slices so as to break the fibers of the chicken breast. -

Add eggplant, chicken breast and potato starch to a cold frying pan and mix with chopsticks to cover the potato starch.
Pour sesame oil all over and place over medium heat.
Flip over when browned.
Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to medium-low, and steam-cook for about 6 minutes.
When the eggplant becomes soft, add the green onion and (A) and wrap it around to complete.
