    ゆがいたそうめんをざるにとり流水で水洗いする。

    3で使用した鍋にサラダ油をひき2のキャベツとピーマンを加え炒める。
    鍋に蓋をし中弱火で1分程蒸し焼きにする。

    そうめんの上に塩と黒こしょうをかけ混ぜながら炒める。

Point

・Use oil type canned tuna.
・Boil the somen according to the indicated time.
