Ingredients
- minced pork : 150g
- 塩 : 小さじ1/4
- ニンニク : 1 piece
- 生姜 : 1かけ
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- ケチャップ : 大さじ2
- トマト : 1個
- ゆで大豆 : 150g
- ウスターソース : 大さじ2
- カレー粉 : 大さじ1
- ご飯 : 適量

Cut the onion from the end and mince it.
Cut the tomato in half, remove the stem and cut into cubes. -

Grate ginger and garlic and mix.
Mix while heating.

Add ketchup and fry.
When the ketchup boils down, add the tomatoes and smash them while frying.
Add the boiled soybeans and fry.
Cover and simmer for 3 minutes over medium-low heat.
Add curry powder and heat.
Add Worcestershire sauce and heat to finish.

- Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
・I used ground pork with a lot of lean meat, but you can use ground pork with a lot of fat.
・Frying ketchup enhances its flavor.
・I use commercially available boiled soybeans, but you can use soybeans that you boil yourself. In that case, do not add boiling water.
