- mixed meat : 180g
- (A) Spring onion : 大さじ
- (A)おろしニンニク : 小さじ1
- (A)おろし生姜 : 小さじ1
- 豆板醤 : 大さじ1
- (B)酒 : 大さじ2
- (B)水 : 140ml
- (B)醤油 : 大さじ2
- (B)鶏ガラスープの素 : 適量
- (C) potato starch : 1/2 tbsp
- (C) water : 大さじ3

Add eggplant and fry.
