Place Chinese noodles in a heat-resistant container, wrap lightly, and heat in a 600W microwave for 50 seconds.
Add water (not listed) to loosen the noodles and drain.
Wipe off moisture with kitchen paper. -

Spread the noodles in a frying pan and brown over medium to high-medium heat.

Serve on a plate and complete with red pickled ginger (not listed).
Point
・Worcester sauce can be substituted with Chuno sauce.
・Konbu tea can be substituted with kelp or bonito granules.
・For step 1, use lukewarm water so that the oil on the noodles can be removed.
・Stir-fry the pork belly, vegetables, and noodles separately for a textured finish. When the meat and vegetables are about 80% cooked, take them out.
・After adding the sauce in step 6, be careful not to over-fry.
