Point
・Use bananas that are fully ripe.
・If you like, you can use only bananas without adding blueberries.
・Frozen blueberries can be substituted with blueberry jam.
・If you want to add sweetness, add 30g of sugar when mashing the banana in step 1.
・While cooling and hardening in step 2, take out several times and chill while loosening.
