    2の生地に3のメレンゲを1/3加え混ぜ合わせる。
    残りの3のメレンゲを加えゴムベラで混ぜ合わせる。

  5. 5) 生地を焼く 05:47

    1の内釜に4の生地を流し入れ空気を抜く。
    炊飯モードで2回炊く。

  6. 6) 盛り付ける 06:20

    爪楊枝で焼き加減を確認する。
    内釜から生地を取り外す。
    内釜にお皿をかぶせひっくり返して完成。

Point

・Heat the salad oil to about 60 to 70 degrees.
・It is good to warm the milk to about 60 degrees.
・Add sugar while checking the finished meringue.
・Cooking time is not included in the required time.
