  • (A)焼肉のタレ : 5㏄

  • ラード : 10g
  • ごま油 : 5㏄
  • サラダ油 : 10㏄
  • 卵(タレ用) : 1個
  • 卵(トッピング用) : 1個
  • ホワイトペッパー : 3ふり
  • ブラックペッパー : 適量
  • ニンニク(チューブタイプ) : 適量
  • 麺 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) タレをつくる 00:20

    Put (A) in a bowl.

  2. 2) 材料を準備する 01:26

    ニンニクをみじん切りにする。
    ラードを計量する。

  3. 3) 香味油をつくる 02:20

    フライパンにラードとごま油を入れ火にかける。
    フライパンにニンニクを加え弱火で3分混ぜながら炒める。

  4. 4) タレを仕上げる 03:15

    Add the flavored oil from 3 to the bowl from 1 and mix.
    Heat a frying pan and add salad oil.
    Crack an egg (for sauce) into a frying pan and bake on both sides.

    4の丼に6の麺を加え混ぜ合わせる。
    5の目玉焼きをのせる。
    ブラックペッパーをふりかける。
    ニンニク(チューブタイプ)をそえて完成。

Point

・Sweet sauce is recommended for yakiniku.
