- 醤油 : 大さじ1
- 砂糖 : 大さじ1/2

小鍋にじゃがいもの皮を下にして並べ、全体が浸るくらいの水(分量外)を加えて強火にかける。
沸々したら弱火にして、砂糖を加える。
20分煮たら火を止め、じゃがいもの皮を剥く。
醤油を加えて再び火にかけ、煮汁にとろみがつくまで加熱する。
煮汁にとろみがついたら、細かいじゃがいもの破片を潰して火を消す。
有塩バターを加え、優しく混ぜ溶かしたら完成。
