Ingredients

- Strong flour (wheat flour) : 30g (2 cups)
- 無塩バター : 30g(大さじ2)

Mix egg yolk and sugar (for custard sauce) in a pan.
Add cornstarch and vanilla essence to the pan and mix.
Add milk (for the custard sauce) to the pot and mix.
Heat the pan over low heat while stirring.
Turn off the heat when it thickens.
Pour the custard sauce into the bowl.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and cool. -
