蓋をして、600Wの電子レンジで1分30秒加熱する。
全体を軽く混ぜ、蓋をして追加で1分加熱する。
キッチンペーパーやラップで上から軽く押して形を整える。 -

お皿に盛って、小ネギを乗せたら完成。
Point
・Use a square heat-resistant container such as a skillet.
・If you apply salad oil to a heat-resistant container, the eggs will not adhere to each other, so be sure to do this.
・If you don't have mentsuyu, use shirodashi and add a little sugar.
・If the heat-resistant container does not have a lid, wrap it in plastic wrap.
・You can eat it with soy sauce if you like.
