Ingredients
- canned tuna : 1 small can
- ご飯 : 300〜350g
- 卵 : 2個
- 長ネギ : 1/2本
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- 醤油 : 大さじ1〜1と1/2
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
- 塩 : 少々
- 胡椒 : 少々

Cut the green onion into small pieces.
Crack the eggs into a container, add salt (not listed) and dissolve. -

Heat a frying pan, add canned tuna, and stir-fry over low heat to evaporate moisture.
Put the canned tuna together, add mayonnaise and melt over low heat.
Add the beaten eggs and place the rice on top of the eggs.
Turn the heat up to high and use two spatulas to press down on the skin of the pot.
Mix everything together, add the green onions and stir-fry.
Add soy sauce from the surface of the pan and shake the frying pan to mix everything together.
Add sesame oil from the skin of the pan and shake the frying pan to mix everything.
Sprinkle salt and mix. -

・Use canned tuna soaked in oil.
・You can add green onions, chopped seaweed, and pickled ginger if you like.
・Use warm rice.
