Ingredients
- (A) Soybean flour : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Sweetener : 大さじ1
- (A) Okara powder : 大さじ1

Put (A) in a heat-resistant bowl and mix.
Add half of the unadjusted soy milk and mix each time.
Add salad oil and mix until smooth.
Crack in the eggs and mix until there are no lumps of egg white.
Add baking powder and mix.
Remove any batter stuck to the inside of the bowl with a spatula. -

Heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Remove the dough to a cutting board lined with plastic wrap, and wrap it in plastic wrap to remove the rough heat. -

Add the fresh cream 1/3 at a time, stirring each time.

・Unadjusted soy milk can be substituted with milk or water.
・Use fine grain okara powder.
- Salad oil can be replaced with non-fragrant oil such as rice oil.
・In step 1, be sure to mix in the order listed. Be careful not to do it in the wrong order as the soybean flour will tend to clump.
・In step 2, if the surface of the dough is not raw, remove it, and if it is raw, heat it for an additional 30 seconds.
・The amount of fresh cream in step 3 is easy to make, so if you have any leftover, use it up on the same day by spreading it on cakes or bread or adding it to ice cream.
