Chop the green onions into small pieces.
Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and finely chop it.
Cut the pork belly block into 1cm strips and sprinkle with salt to mix well.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix lightly.

器に(A)を入れてよく混ぜ合わせる。

Add salad oil, garlic and pork belly to a frying pan and fry over low heat.
Once the pork belly is lightly browned, turn the heat to medium, add the beaten eggs, stir gently and cook through.
When the eggs are half-cooked, add the rice and loosen it up while mixing to mix with the oil.
Once the rice is loosened, add salt and pepper and mix well.
Push the rice to one side and place the green onions on top of the rice. Add 2 to the empty space around the edge of the pot and brown lightly.
Once lightly browned, stir everything together and fry until combined.
Turn off the heat and place the egg yolk in the middle and it's done.
