- Taihaku sesame oil or salad oil is recommended, but any liquid oil will do.

・If you use unsalted butter in step 2, the dough will peel easily and brown evenly.
・If you apply a thin layer of butter, the browning will not be uneven.
- When chilling the egg whites in the freezer in step 3, be careful: If you cool the egg whites for less than 5 minutes, they will not cool completely, and if you cool them for more than 10 minutes, they will freeze.
