Ingredients

  • (A)米 : 2と1/2合
  • (A)もち米 : 1/2合
  • 生姜 : 50g
  • 油揚げ : 1枚
  • 人参 : 40g
  • 枝豆 : 50g
  • 昆布 : 3cm
  • だしパック : 1袋
  • (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ3
  • (B) Mirin : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (B) Salt : 小さじ1
  • 水 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 米を研ぐ 01:00

    ボウルにザルを重ね、(A)を入れ流水で米を研ぐ。
    水(分量外)に浸けて15分置く。

  2. 2) 材料を切る 02:20

    生姜の皮を剝き、千切りにする。
    油揚げを細かく切る。
    人参を千切りにする。
    枝豆を鞘から出す。

  3. 3) 米の水気を切る 03:57

    Remove 1 from the water, drain and set aside for 15 minutes.

  4. 4) 炊く 04:18

    3を炊飯釜に移す。
    (B)を加えて、水を3合の目盛りまで加える。
    2を加えて軽く混ぜる。
    昆布とだしパックを加えたら、炊飯器の炊き込みモードで炊く。

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 06:40

    昆布とだしパックを取り出し、昆布は細かく千切りにして戻す。
    よく混ぜてお茶碗に盛りつけたら完成。
