Ingredients
- (A) Egg (M) : 2 pieces
- (A) Sugar : 60-80g
- oil : 30g
- milk : 20g
- pancake mix : 100g
- lemon juice : 1 tablespoon
- lemon : Appropriate amount

Put (A) in a bowl and mix.
Add oil and mix thoroughly.
Add milk and mix thoroughly.
Add the pancake mix and mix until there are no flour left.
Add lemon juice and mix.
Add the grated lemon zest and mix.
Cut the lemon into 1cm wide pieces, peel and remove the skin, then cut into 5mm wide cubes, add to the bowl and mix. -

Point
・Use a 18cm x 9cm x 9cm pound mold.
・Any liquid oil can be used.
・80g of sugar is used in step 1, but if you prefer less sweetness, you can reduce the amount.

・When making the incision in step 3, leave a 5mm to 1cm opening at the end.
・When removing the heat from the cake, place it on a wire rack to prevent the bottom from getting wet.
