Point
・Use shimeji mushrooms without washing them. You can mix other mushrooms or substitute your favorite mushrooms.
・Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
-Regardless of the wattage of your microwave, the heating time for step 1 should be around 2 minutes per 100g of mushrooms.
・It is best to add the roasted sesame seeds in step 2 by crushing them by hand.
・You can add grated radish to the finished product or use it as a topping for tofu, ramen, or udon.
