Put (A) into a heat-resistant bowl and mix with a whisk to crush the oatmeal.
Let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes. -

Point
・The amount is for 7 pancakes with a diameter of 11 cm (for 2 people).
- Use quick oats for oatmeal. It is best to use ones with small grains. Can be substituted with instant oats.
・Unadjusted soy milk can be substituted with milk, almond milk, or oat milk.
-Sweetener can be replaced with your favorite sugar such as sugar, granulated sugar, beet sugar, honey, etc.
・You can substitute your favorite topping ingredients. Bananas change color easily, so cut them just before adding the topping.
・If the room temperature is high in step 1, you can put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
・You can also finely crush the walnuts in step 3 and add them to the dough.
・Toast the walnuts in step 3 until lightly browned. You can skip the toaster step if you like.
・For step 5, use 1 ladleful for 1 piece of dough.
