- (A) Bean sauce : 小さじ1
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1/2

- (A)Oyster sauce : 小さじ1
- ごま油 : 適量
- 塩こしょう : 少々

Wash the chives, cut them into easy-to-eat lengths, and separate the stems.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. -

Add (A) to a heated frying pan and heat for about 1 minute while stirring.
Transfer to a bowl. -

Wash the frying pan, turn on the heat, then add sesame oil and pork belly and stir-fry.
When browned, add the chive stems from step 1 and fry for 5 seconds.
Add the remaining chives and fry for 10 seconds.
Add the sauce from step 2 and stir-fry.
Point
・Ajidashi uses 4x concentrate.
・If you don't have agodashi, you can use Japanese-style soup stock instead.
・You can sprinkle black pepper if you like.
・You can use miso with or without soup stock.
・If you don't like spicy food, you don't need to add the bean sauce.
-If you don't have oyster sauce, you don't need to add it.
・If a lot of oil comes out from the pork belly when frying, remove it with kitchen paper.
・You can add black pepper to finish if you like.
