Ingredients
- boiled somen noodles : 300g
- ツナ缶 : 1缶
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- sliced cheese : 4枚
- herbal salt : 少々

Season somen noodles

Add boiled somen noodles and canned tuna to a bowl and mix with oil.
Add mayonnaise and mix.
Add herbal salt and mix. -

Heat a frying pan and add olive oil.
Add somen from step 1 and cook over medium heat while spreading.
Press somen noodles with a spatula to evaporate moisture.
When it's browned, flip it over.
Spread sliced cheese all over and flip over to bake.
Press and bake with a spatula.
Flip it over again, press down with a spatula, and bake further. -

Point
・When you boil about 100g of somen, it becomes about 300g.
・After adding the oil from the canned tuna in step 1, mix to loosen the somen noodles.
・You can substitute pizza cheese or shredded cheese for the melted cheese.
