Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
Add cane sugar (granulated sugar), melted butter, and milk in that order and mix.
Sift the rice flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix. -

Roll it out to 3mm thickness with a rolling pin.
Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Cut out the dough and bake in the oven at 160℃ for 20 minutes.
