- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ5
- (A)Honey : 大さじ2
- にんにく : 1片
- しょうが : 1片
- キムチ : 適量
- 万能ねぎ : 適量
- 白ごま : 適量
- ごま油 : 適量
- ご飯 : 適量

Procedure

Grate the pear, ginger, and garlic into a container.
Add (A) and mix well. -

Put the skirt steak in a bowl, add half of 1 and mix.
Leave it for 2-3 minutes. -

Once cooked, place on top of rice and sprinkle with the remaining half of Step 1.

Point
・You can use any other part of beef other than skirt steak.
・Sesame oil may be replaced with salad oil.
・Use about 1/2 pear (180g), remove the seeds and peel.
・You can leave the ginger skin on.
・For step 2, wear vinyl gloves and massage gently.
・For step 3, heat the frying pan completely and then add the sesame oil.
・Prepare rice in bowls in advance and top with your favorite vegetables.
