- 牛豚合い挽き肉 : 150g
- (A)Water : 150ml
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Ajidashi : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ2
- (A)Chinese soup base : 小さじ1
- (A)Vinegar : 大さじ1
- (B) Bean sauce : 小さじ1
- (B) Grated ginger : 小さじ1
- (B) Grated garlic : 小さじ1/2
- 水溶き片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- (C)ブラックペッパー : 適量
- (C)花椒油 : 小さじ1

Add (A) to a container and mix.

Add ground beef and pork to a frying pan and stir-fry.
When the oil from the minced beef and pork comes out, lower the heat to low and add (B).
Stir-fry over high heat.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry.
Add the sauce from step 1 and stir-fry.
Reduce heat to low and add potato starch dissolved in water.
Increase heat to high and stir-fry until thickened. -

Point
・Ajidashi uses 4x concentrate.
・You can use Japanese-style soup stock or mentsuyu for the ago soup stock.
・For the Chinese soup base, you can use chicken soup stock or Chinese soup stock.
・Sugar may be used as a sweetener.
・Adjust the frying time for the bean sprouts in step 2 to your preference.
・You can use sesame oil for the pepper oil.
・You may add mustard or vinegar to finish.
