- potato : 300g
- 明太子 : 1本
- (A)醤油 : 小さじ1
- (A)マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- (B)オリーブオイル : 大さじ1
- (B)片栗粉 : 大さじ2
- チーズ : 40g
- 油 : 適量

Place in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes. -

Add mentaiko and (A) to a container and mix.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add 1 and spread.
When browned, flip it over and press it slightly.
Add 2 and spread it all over, then top with cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake.
Remove to a plate and cut into desired shapes.

・You may use your favorite ingredients.
・Use cheese made for pizza.
- Loosen the mentaiko.
・When cutting the potatoes in step 1, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
・For step 3, use a small frying pan such as an egg fryer.
・Cover the aluminum foil from step 3 until the cheese melts.
