Ingredients
- Unsalted butter : 160g
- 砂糖 : 100g
- はちみつ : 45g
- 卵 : 3個
- 小麦粉 : 180g
- ベーキングパウダー : 3g
- (A) Lemon zest : 2個分
- (A)Lemon juice : 60g
- (B)レモン汁 : 30g
- (B)砂糖 : 10g
- (C)粉砂糖 : 100g
- (C)レモン汁 : 15g
- 巣蜜 : 適量
- レモン : 適量

Procedure

Add unsalted butter to a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add sugar and mix.
Add honey and mix. -

Crack the eggs into another bowl and whisk while boiling.
Add to bowl 1 in two portions and mix with a spatula each time.
Add flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Add (A) and mix. -

Pour the dough from step 2 into the mold and smooth the surface.
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 60 minutes.
20 minutes after baking, make a slit in the dough with a knife. -

Mix (B) and apply it all over the cake with a brush.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave for at least 6 hours. -

Point
-Uses a 18cm x 8cm x 8cm pound cake mold.
・Place a baking sheet in the mold.
・If the eggs are cold, they won't mix with the butter, so in step 2, warm them to about human body temperature.
・After adding flour and baking powder in step 2, mix thoroughly even after the flour is no longer visible.
- Cooling time for the cake is not included in the required time.
