Ingredients
- Bread (8 slices) : 3枚
- コーヒー牛乳 : 100ml
- 卵 : 1個
- 有塩バター : 10g

Point
・By using 8 slices of bread, there is no need to marinate and the texture is better.
- Leftover bread crusts can be reused as rusks.
- When dipping the bread into the egg mixture, use a rubber spatula or spoon to dip the sides of the bread as well.
・By dipping each slice of bread in the egg mixture, you can make sure the bread is soaked well.
- If you run out of salted butter during step 4, add half the amount when you flip the bread over.
