Crush the garlic and chop it finely.
Cut the bacon into thin strips.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well. -

Add olive oil, garlic, and bacon to a frying pan and heat.
When you hear the cooking sound from the ingredients, turn the heat down to medium-low.
Add (A) and when the water boils, add the pasta and boil for 7 minutes over medium heat. -

Point
・I use 1.6mm pasta.
・Do not use pasta that has a rough texture.
・It is best to crush the garlic using the bottom of the tray or container.
・If you want to make two servings, increase the water by 1.6 times and the other ingredients by double.
・While the pasta is boiling, if the water has not evaporated, increase the heat.
・When adding eggs in step 3, if you feel that the eggs are not cooked through, heat them gently over low heat.
