Procedure

Cut green onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, and chicken.
Transfer the chicken to a bowl, add (A) and mix well. -

Heat a frying pan, add sesame oil and add green onions.
Fry until slightly charred, then set aside on a plate.
Add the chicken to the frying pan and stir-fry until browned.
Add (B), mix gently, and add the green onions back in.
Stir fry over high heat. -

Point
・Use the green part of the green onion.
・For chicken, use thigh meat.
・Grate the ginger and garlic.
・Cut off the dead parts of the green onions from step 1 and cut them into thin diagonal slices.
・Cut the tomatoes in Step 1 into wedges and cut the cucumbers diagonally.
・Remove the skin from the chicken in step 1 if it bothers you and cut it into thin strips.
- When frying the chicken in step 2, you can add more sesame oil if you feel it's not enough.
