- minced pork : 200g
- キャベツ : 200g
- (A) Salt : 小さじ1/3
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ2
- (A) Potato starch : 大さじ1
- スライスチーズ : 2枚
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1
- 水 : 大さじ1~2
- (B)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (B) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
- (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ1/2
- (B) Worcestershire sauce : 大さじ1/2
- マヨネーズ : 適量

Cut the cabbage in half horizontally, then stack them into thin strips.
Put the ground pork in a bowl, add (A) and the cabbage, and mix by hand.
Add the sliced cheese and mix again by hand. -

Take a small amount of seeds, shape them into a flat circle, and place them on the frying pan.
Do the same for the rest.
Heat a frying pan and fry over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn the fryer over and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Add water, cover, and steam-fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add (B) and bake while coating both sides. -
