Ingredients

  • さつまいも : 100g
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
  • (A)水 : 大さじ3
  • 卵(Mサイズ) : 3個
  • 砂糖 : 50g
  • 薄力粉 : 60g
  • (B) Salad oil : 60g
  • (B)Vanilla oil : 5滴
  • 牛乳 : 大さじ3

Procedure

  1. 1) boil sweet potatoes 02:04

    ゴムベラに持ち替えてむらができないように底から混ぜる。

  5. 5) 型に入れて焼く 10:03

    Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 7 minutes.

・One 15cm chiffon cake mold ・You can use any variety of sweet potato you like.
・Cut sweet potatoes into small pieces.
・Let the boiled sweet potatoes cool and then mix them with the batter.
- Chilling the egg whites will make them easier to whip.
・Be careful not to mix the dough too much after adding the sweet potatoes, as it will not rise.
- By making slits in 4 places when baking the dough, you can bake it fluffy.
・If you let the baked dough cool, it will shrink, so be sure to turn it upside down to cool it.
・By adding salad oil, the dough becomes moist.
・Be sure to sift soft flour.
