- pumpkin : 1/4 piece

- 牛乳 : 450cc

Scrape out the pumpkin seeds with a spoon.
Wrap the pumpkin loosely in plastic wrap and heat in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide pieces.
Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. -

Heat the frying pan and add the butter.
Add onions and bacon and fry.
Add pumpkin and mix everything together.
Add milk and consommé and heat.
Add white pepper and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Check if the pumpkin is cooked through with a toothpick. -

Point
・When scraping out pumpkin seeds, work on a sheet of plastic wrap to keep the cutting board clean and make it easier to dispose of the seeds.
・Heating pumpkin in the microwave makes it easier to pass a knife through.
・If you are concerned about the skin of the pumpkin, you can cut it off.
・You can also add bay leaves when simmering in step 2.
