Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh : 1 sheet
  • 長ネギ : 1本
  • ごま油 : 大さじ2
  • (A) Grated garlic : 1かけ
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ4
  • (A)Mirin : 大さじ3
  • (A) Alcohol : 大さじ3
  • 水炊きスープ : 1袋
  • ラーメンの麺 : 2玉
  • 小松菜 : 1株
  • 焼き海苔 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the green onions 02:19

    Trim the ends of the green onions.
    Cut 1/2 green onion in half lengthwise and then cut into small pieces.
    Make a vertical slit in a 5cm long green onion, open it, and cut it into thin strips.

    Make a slit in the thick part of the chicken thigh with scissors.

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

    Sprinkle seasoning on chicken thighs.
    Cover with a lid and heat on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Turn over and add seasoning.
    Cover again and heat over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Flip it over and add the seasonings.
    Take it out, cover the chicken thighs with plastic wrap and let it sit in the residual heat.

    器にスープを入れる。
    ラーメンの麺を入れる。
    鶏もも肉のチャーシューを乗せる。
    小松菜を乗せる。
    細切りにした長ネギと焼き海苔を添えて完成。

Point

・The amount is for 2 people.
